Part 1 - Theory and reality

The  definition of a manager according to the Anglo-American school of economics which I graduated : "A function whose role is to facilitate the flawless execution of daily business." . In better cases you can add "and works on improvements" but this is beyond the main definition. This is the theory but the reality is controlled by corporations which are beyond the control of any nation and have the unchanged structure of the Mussolini corporation. Yes, today's world is controlled by Mussolini's corporations in which the role of the Manager is that of a "prison guard" and all workers are presumably "naughty idiots" whose main goal in life is to do mischiefs once the guard turns his back on them.

But let's look at the other field - the lower plane of the Computer Supporter. One would expect that a computer supporter's main task would be to fix issues. Wrong, this is the second main task - the first task is to "behave according to Corporate Guidelines", the support is the very remote second task. On being good in your "Corporate behavior" depends your whole career, on being good in your job within a corporation depends your self-esteem. Exactly as in the old "Communist Bulgaria". Enough rough talk though, lets dive into the party.
